Plastic bags or film marked #2 or #4 with a recycling symbol should be placed in your black refuse bin. 

If it’s one of the items listed here, but it doesn’t have a number, you can recycle it by bringing it to a drop-off location such as a grocery store. Otherwise, plastic bags should go to the landfill.
